At Redglove, we know that every training session counts. That is why we created Club Redglove: a programme where you earn points through purchases and other actions, then redeem them for boxing gear or discounts on your next order.

How do you join? How many points do you need for a reward? How do you apply a code? This guide explains how to get started and make the most of the club, step by step.
1. Sign in to your account
Open Club Redglove from the website menu and select “Join or sign in”. Use the same email address you use for purchases so your activity is linked to your account.
In the club panel, you can check your balance, discover ways to earn points and see the available rewards. You can also open it using the floating “Club Redglove” button.
Your balance, timing and returns
Check your balance: sign in with your purchase email and select “View my points and rewards” or the floating “Club Redglove” button. Your balance appears at the top of the panel. “Redeem my points” shows rewards, their points cost and what you can claim.
Purchase points: there is a 24-hour waiting period from when the order is placed, and the order must be paid. These points cannot be redeemed before they are credited. This wait applies to online and in-store purchases; other club actions have their own conditions.
If you return products: the corresponding points are removed when the refund is processed. A full refund removes all points earned from that order; a partial refund removes the proportional amount. A return request alone does not change the balance.

Purchase points are awarded after a 24-hour wait from order placement, provided the order is paid. They are calculated on the product total after discounts, including taxes and excluding shipping; the resulting points are rounded to the nearest whole number.
For your birthday: save your date in the panel at least 30 days in advance to receive that year’s reward. For Instagram, start the action from the club panel and follow the instructions shown there.
Share Redglove and earn 400 points
- Sign in and open the Club Redglove panel.
- Find the invite-friends section, copy your personal link and share it, for example via WhatsApp.
- Your friend, who must not have bought from Redglove before, opens the link and enters their email to claim a code.
- They use that code on their first purchase of at least €50 to get €5 off. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
- You earn 400 points when their qualifying purchase is recorded as a completed referral. Sharing the link or signing up alone does not earn these points.
Redglove emails: earn 100 points for subscribing to our news through the panel, once per customer. Use the same email address as your account. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You also earn points in our physical shop. When buying, ask us to add the same email address you use on our website to your purchase. Your in-store and online points will then build up in the same account.
Not a Club Redglove member yet? You can also ask us to sign you up in the shop. Give us your email address when you buy, then use that same email to access the club online, check your points and redeem your rewards. Rewards are redeemed in our online store.

You decide how to use your balance. These rewards are available at the club’s launch.

Glove deodorizer
1,600 points
One Redglove deodorizer for gloves and sports equipment. The voucher covers its €11.99 price.
Exclusive surprise T-shirt
2,800 points
A Club Redglove T-shirt with a surprise design. Choose S, M, L, XL or XXL, subject to availability. The voucher covers its €29.99 price. The T-shirt costs 2,800 points: it is a product reward offering extra value compared with the €20 voucher, which requires 3,200 points. The promotional image is illustrative.

Hand wraps, a mouthguard and glove deodorizer in one reward. The voucher covers the pack’s €33.97 price.

4. Redeem your reward in 3 steps
Physical rewards do not require an additional purchase. You can order just your reward; shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Get your code. Sign in and open “Redeem my points”. Choose a reward you have enough points for and confirm the redemption.
- Add the product to your cart. Use “View product” on the reward card. Select 4.5 m for hand wraps, or your size for the T-shirt. If you chose a discount voucher, add the items you want to buy and check its conditions in the panel.
- Apply your code at checkout. Check that the discount appears before confirming the purchase.
Already have a code? Points are deducted when you generate the code. Open the Club panel, sign in and go to “Rewards” to find it. Copy and use it at checkout without redeeming your points again.
- Physical rewards are subject to stock and size availability.
- Club codes cannot be combined with other discounts.
- A physical reward voucher covers the stated product amount; it does not cover shipping.
- Points are deducted when you generate the code, before placing your order. Choose your reward before confirming redemption.
- Full refunds remove the points earned from the order; partial refunds remove the proportional amount.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy anything else to order my reward?
No. Physical rewards do not require other products. Shipping is not included; you will see the amount at checkout.
Where is the code I already redeemed?
Open the Club panel, sign in and go to “Rewards”. Copy the reward code you want to use; you do not need to spend points again to retrieve the same code.
Are rewards added to my order automatically?
No. Redeem the reward, add the corresponding product to your cart and apply its code at checkout.
Can I use the same points for a product reward and a discount?
Each redemption uses the stated number of points. Once used, you will need enough remaining points for another reward. Club codes also cannot be combined with other discounts.
Where can I check my balance on mobile?
Tap the “Club Redglove” button or open the club from the menu. Sign in to check your balance and redemption options.
What if my points are missing or a code does not work?
Check that you are using your purchase email, that the order is paid and that your cart meets the reward conditions. If you need help, contact Redglove and tell us your account email and, where relevant, your order number.
