What you need to know to get started.
How do I receive my reward?
1. Generate your code in “Redeem my points”. 2. Open the product through the reward links and add it to your cart; select 4.5 m for hand wraps or your size for the T-shirt. 3. Apply the code at checkout. No additional purchase is required; shipping is not included.
Where can I retrieve a redeemed code?
Already have a code? Points are deducted when you generate the code. Open the Club panel, sign in and go to “Rewards” to find it. Copy and use it at checkout without redeeming your points again.
Where can I check my balance?
Sign in and open the “Club Redglove” button. Your balance appears at the top of the panel; “Redeem my points” shows rewards and their points cost.
What happens if I return products?
When a refund is processed, the points earned from the purchase are removed: all of them for a full refund, or the proportional amount for a partial refund.
How do I invite a friend?
Copy your personal link from the Club panel and share it. Your new friend opens the link and enters their email to claim a €5 code for their first purchase of at least €50. You earn 400 points when the qualifying purchase is recorded as a completed referral. Sharing the link alone earns no points; the discount cannot be combined.
What is the T-shirt worth?
Its price is €29.99 and you can redeem it for 2,800 points. This product reward offers extra value: the general €20 voucher requires 3,200 points. You do not need to add other products to order it; shipping is not included.
How do I get started?
Sign in with the email address you use when buying. If it is your first visit, follow the sign-in steps to create your account.
How many points do I need?
Each reward has its own points cost. Check the value and conditions shown in the programme before confirming a redemption.
Can I get the T-shirt and pack now?
Yes. The surprise T-shirt is available for 2,800 points and the pack for 4,000 points. Redeem them in the Club panel, subject to availability. Select your size for the T-shirt.
What is included in the Club Redglove Pack?
It includes black hand wraps, an RG Pro-Gel mouthguard and glove deodorizer. The reward voucher covers the pack’s €33.97 price; shipping is not included.
Do I also earn points in the physical shop?
Yes. When buying, ask us to add the same email address you use on our website. If you are not a Club Redglove member yet, you can also ask us to sign you up in the shop. Then use that same email to check your points and redeem rewards online.
What if I cannot find my points?
Check that you are using the email address from your orders. If you still have questions, contact Redglove and we will help you check.
